Job summary

Execo Group is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to oversee the migration of contract data, ensuring structured documents and accurate metadata. You will lead discovery, extract and organize data, and manage uploads with rigorous QA.

You will perform UAT with clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth data transfer. A 2–4 year track record in contract review and data uploads is ideal, with CLM tools and ticketing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of contract review and data upload experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law preferred.
• Proficiency with CLM software and ticketing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to locate contract files and identify metadata.

Summary of Role

We are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to manage and execute the migration of contract data, ensuring accurate document structure, key data extraction, and quality control.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

• Lead Discovery: Work with clients to locate contract files and identify key metadata.
• Extract & Structure: Pull mandatory details from contracts and organize documents into proper parent-child relationships.
• Upload Data: Perform actual data uploads into systems and complete pre- and post-upload quality checks.
• Test & Troubleshoot: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and resolve any data migration issues.
