You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage subcontractor contracts, vendor agreements, and related amendments while ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or higher is required.
• Masters in Construction Management/Contracts Management is preferred.
• Experience in water infrastructure projects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting to closure.
• Prepare, review, and administer client and subcontractor contracts/work orders.
• Process subcontractor bills and ensure timely material reconciliation.
• Review and negotiate contractual terms and conditions.
• Monitor contractual compliance, obligations, and project milestones.
• Handle contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations.
• Support tendering activities, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.
• Review client contracts and prepare contractual correspondence, claims, and notices.
• Manage variation orders, EOT claims, and dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and legal risks.
• Evaluate, onboard, and monitor subcontractor and vendor performance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Contract Management to oversee the complete contract lifecycle for EPC/Infrastructure projects. The role is responsible for contract drafting, review, negotiation, subcontract administration, vendor management, tender support, claims management, and ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements. The incumbent will work closely with project, procurement, finance, legal, and execution teams to safeguard the organization's commercial interests while ensuring successful project delivery.

Required Work Experience & Knowledge

• Recruitment Background:8-9 years of experience required in Sub-Contractor management / Contracts Management specifically in water infrastructure field
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a leadership or senior role within a Contract management team is beneficial, showcasing the ability to lead and mentor team members.
