Job summary

EY seeks a Contract Manager to provide governance for outsourcing and managed services post-signature. The role translates contract terms into practical controls, tracks performance, and coordinates with business, service delivery, finance, procurement, legal and supplier teams.

The candidate will manage change requests end-to-end and support disciplined contract administration across the GCC. Hybrid work mode with Chennai location.

Qualifications

• Experience with outsourcing or managed-services contract management.
• Experience in multinational/shared services or BPO environments preferred.
• Certifications such as World Commerce & Contracting / IACCM, CIPS, NCMA, PMP, ITIL or equivalent advantageous.

Job Type

The Contract Manager will provide post-signature commercial and contractual governance for strategic outsourcing and managed services arrangements. The role will translate contract obligations into practical controls, track performance against commercial terms, manage the end-to-end change request process, and protect value across the contract lifecycle. Working across business, service delivery, finance, procurement, legal and supplier teams, the role will support fact-based governance, timely escalation and disciplined contract administration.

• Relevant experience, including substantial responsibility for outsourcing or managed-services contract management.
• Experience working in a multinational, GCC/GBS, shared services, consulting, BPO, technology services or large enterprise environment is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as World Commerce & Contracting / IACCM, CIPS, NCMA, PMP, ITIL or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience supporting multi-vendor, cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholder groups is desirable.

The selected candidate will be employed on EY Payroll (Fixed Term Employment) for an initial period of 3 years and will work as part of the client's Global Capability Center (GCC) organization. There may be opportunities for client conversion in the future based on business requirements and mutual fit.
