  • Review and quality-assure team outputs for consistency and risk alignment.
  • Mentor less experienced team members through reviews and guidance.
  • Co-lead improvement initiatives (tools, reporting, data quality, standards).

Job Description Senior Procurement Contract Manager (C2)

Role purpose

Manage a more complex contract portfolio and help standardise how the team works. The role combines ownership of tougher negotiations and escalations with mentoring and continuous improvement of processes and knowledge assets.

  • Portfolio is managed consistently with strong control of risk, compliance and documentation quality.
  • Complex negotiations and escalations are resolved effectively without damaging business relationships.
  • The team benefits from clear templates, checklists and playbooks, reducing errors and cycle time.
  • Knowledge is captured and shared, improving onboarding and predictability of delivery.
  • Dashboards and reporting meet real decision needs of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate escalations (delays, disputes, non-compliance) and propose solutions with stakeholders.

Required experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
