Job description

Concentrix is a technology-enabled global business services company specializing in customer engagement and improving business performance. We partner with ambitious, progressive executives around the world to future-proof their business and stay ahead of the competition and meet customer expectations.

Role and Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, vendor and service agreements, on our paper and on the counterparty's.
  • Produce first-pass redlines against agreed standard positions, logging each deviation and the reason for it.
  • Work the clauses that carry the risk: limitation of liability and it carve-outs, indemnity, IP ownership, data protection, termination and exit, warranties, SLAs and service credits.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers: take a position, know your fallback, and elevate rather than concede when you reach the edge of your authority.
  • Run contracts end to end in our CLM and intake tooling, including ZIP: raise and triage requests, route approvals, manage versions, get documents executed and keep the repository clean behind you.
  • Build and maintain what sits inside the tool templates, the clause library, approval routing and the fields the reporting depends on rather than working around it in spreadsheets.
  • Keep metadata accurate and amendments linked to their parent agreement, so search and reporting can be trusted.
  • Use the platform to stay ahead of renewals, notice periods and price escalations.
  • Report on cycle time, deviation patterns, contracts on standard template, repository coverage and approval ageing and say what the numbers mean, not just what they are.
  • Keep files audit-ready: approval evidence, signed-version trials, and a record of every deviation that was accepted and by whom.
  • Develop the standard and fallback positions behind those templates, so routine deviations are resolved against something pre-approved rather than escalated every time.
  • Find the recurring blockage — incomplete intake, an approval that always stalls, a clause we argue about every time — and fix it upstream
Key Skills and knowledge:
  • 3 to 5 years in contract management, legal operations or procurement contracting, with at least 2 years working on commercial business-to-business agreements.
  • Hands‑on drafting and redlining. You have personally marked up a counterparty's MSA and can explain why you changed what you changed.
  • Working command of the core commercial clauses and what they protect against.
  • Hands‑on experience in CLM or procurement intake tooling. ZIP, SAP Ariba, Icertis, Coupa, Conga, Salesforce CLM, DocuSign CLM, SirionLabs and similar.
  • We mean working in the tool daily — raising and routing requests, drafting from templates, managing versions, maintaining the repository — not receiving documents out of one.
  • Tell us which platforms, and what you did in them as opposed to an administrator.
  • Comfortable configuring as well as using. You have set up a template, a workflow or a clause library in a tool, or can show you would pick that up quickly.
  • Comfortable across functions. You have worked with Legal, Finance, Procurement and business owners, and you know the business owns the decision while your job is to make the risk visible.
  • Comfortable working a permanent night shift and in an office‑based team. If that does not suit your circumstances, we would rather you tell us about an application rather than an offer.
  • Clear written English and the ability to summarize a commercial risk for someone who is not a lawyer and does not have ten minutes.
Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline. A law degree is welcome and is not required.
