JOB PURPOSE

• Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking an experienced Lead Communications with 8-10 years of expertise to create compelling content from raw data.
• The ideal associate will have strong technical comprehension skills, exceptional writing abilities, and a talent for executive/business storytelling.
• This role involves close collaboration with technical teams to translate complex business requirements into concise and engaging presentations, go‑to‑market collateral, and leadership messages.
• The incumbent will work closely with leaders as well as various other stakeholders and must possess in‑depth knowledge of business/corporate content writing and should have prior experience in managing executive/leader communication, in addition to strong storytelling skills (creating powerful PowerPoint narratives from raw information).

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Lead Communications will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and deliver strategic leadership, and employee communications aligned to change management objectives.
• Develop content for product offering sales decks, go‑to‑market collateral such as product flyers, brochures, emailers, video scripts, display ads, social media posts, print ads and more.
• Lead end‑to‑end content creation for organizational, process, and technology initiatives, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption.
• Collaborate with business leaders, change leads, and cross‑functional stakeholders to design and execute targeted communication strategies, campaigns, and engagement programs.
• Translate complex information into clear, compelling content, presentations, and executive‑ready narratives.
• Develop communication toolkits and enablement materials to educate, engage, and inspire employees during key change initiatives.
• Ensure messaging consistency across channels, functions, and stakeholder groups while adhering to brand and communication standards.
• Measure communication effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, adoption metrics, and engagement insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism across all communication deliverables.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, communication or journalism

EXPERIENCE

• 8-10 years of experience in content creation, preferably with a focus on translating technical data into simple, compelling content and visuals.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Proficiency in business content writing and storytelling skills
• Understanding of business and technical terminologies.
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and engagement.
