We’re seeking a content writer with a passion for words to craft website content, blogs, and client decks, liaising with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain brand tone and quality.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1 year of experience in content writing or client servicing.
• Strong written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing communications.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content across websites, blogs, and client decks.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and manage feedback.
• Coordinate with internal SEO and design teams to meet timelines.
• Support account servicing activities, including status reports and follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Write and edit content across multiple formats, including websites, blogs, and client decks, while ensuring brand tone, quality, and accuracy.
• Liaise directly with clients to understand content requirements, incorporate feedback, and manage delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with internal SEO and Design teams to ensure content deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support account servicing activities, including status reports, follow-ups, and day‑to‑day client coordination.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 6 months–1 year of experience in Content Writing and/or Client Servicing. (Prior agency experience preferred)
• Strong written English communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and managing communication professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
