Testbook, an education and exam-preparation platform, is hiring a Hindi Content Writer to craft engaging scripts for short-form video content and digital advertising.

You’ll write in Hindi/Hinglish, cover SSC, Railway, Banking, UPSC and other government exams, and convert topics into compelling stories that resonate with aspirants. Collaborate with creative and performance marketing teams to optimize scripts and test concepts.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting or social media content.
• Excellent command of Hindi with conversational Hinglish style.
• Ability to write scripts that sound natural when spoken.

About Testbook

Testbook is an education and exam-preparation platform helping aspirants prepare for government and competitive exams through accessible and engaging learning solutions.

We are looking for a Hindi Content Writer who can create engaging, relatable and high-performing scripts for short-form video content and digital advertising.

What You’ll Do

Write engaging short-form video and ad scripts in Hindi/Hinglish.

Create content around SSC, Railway, Banking, UPSC, State PSC, Teaching and other government exams.

Convert exam-related topics, aspirant problems and career aspirations into interesting stories and conversations.

Develop relatable narratives around aspirants, their struggles, family, career, dreams and government-job aspirations.

Write UGC-style, cinematic and dialogue-based scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for testing.

Structure scripts with a strong Hook → Story → Testbook Integration → CTA.

Research upcoming exams, notifications, important dates and aspirant pain points to create timely content.

Work with the creative and performance marketing teams to improve scripts based on feedback and content performance.

Rewrite and optimize scripts based on feedback.

What We’re Looking For

1-3 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, advertising, social media content or a related field.

Excellent command of Hindi and a strong understanding of conversational Hindi/Hinglish.

Ability to write Hindi that sounds natural when spoken, rather than formal or textbook-like.

Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.

Understanding of Indian youth and government-exam aspirants.

Ability to create strong hooks and relatable situations.

Comfortable writing dialogue-based and scene-based scripts.

Willingness to research different government exams and understand the target audience.

Ability to take feedback and quickly rewrite/improve scripts.

Basic understanding of social media and short-form video content.
