Flipcap Motion in Madurai seeks a Content Writer Intern who can transform ideas into scroll-stopping video content. You will participate in end-to-end content development for advertising reels, promotional videos, brand campaigns and social media.

This role is ideal for creative thinkers comfortable with on-site shoots, crafting catchy scripts with strong hooks, researching trends, and collaborating with videographers and editors to bring concepts to life.

Responsabilidades

• Advertising Reel Scriptwriting: Develop creative, engaging, and persuasive scripts for advertising reels, promotional videos, and brand campaigns.
• Hook Development: Create powerful opening hooks within the first 3 seconds to capture attention and encourage viewers to keep watching.
• Creative Ideation: Brainstorm fresh concepts, storytelling angles, content formats, and campaign ideas for different brands and industries.
• Video Content Creation: Participate in video shoots and contribute to bringing written concepts to life through creative execution.
• Social Media Content: Develop content ideas tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms.
• Audience Psychology: Understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage with content, remember a brand, and take action.
• Trend Research: Identify relevant trends, viral formats, and creative opportunities that can be adapted into original brand content.
• Brand Research: Understand a client’s business, target audience, products, and objectives before developing content.
• Storytelling & Execution: Convert marketing objectives into relatable stories, engaging narratives, and effective calls to action.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, video production, and editing teams to refine ideas and improve the final output.

Role Overview

• As a Content Writer Intern at Flipcap Motion, you will be involved in the end-to-end creative process of developing content for advertising reels, promotional videos, brand campaigns, and social media platforms.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brainstorming fresh ideas, writing attention-grabbing scripts, exploring trending content formats, and participating in video shoots to bring their ideas to life.
• We’re looking for a creator, not just a writer.Someone who can think of an idea, build a hook around it, write a compelling script, and contribute creatively to its execution.
