Experience: 0-1 years
Location: Gurugram
Salary range: ₹12,000-15,000/month
About
A 4 to 6 month on-site internship in Gurugram that comes with a pre-placement offer. You write for real clients from day one — blog posts, landing pages, social captions and email — with an editor marking up every draft. It is for someone at the start of their writing career who wants volume, straight feedback and published work they can show.
Responsibilities
- Draft blog posts, landing page copy, social captions and email for clients across industries.
- Use AI tools where they help you draft, then edit hard — what you hand in is judged on what you did to the draft, not on what the tool produced.
- Research before you write: read what already ranks, read what the client actually sells, and keep notes you can point back to.
- Work to a brief — keyword, audience, length, the one point the page has to land — and say so when the brief does not hold up.
- Turn editor feedback around the same day, and do not make us give the same note twice.
- Check names, numbers and claims before they go in, and leave the source next to anything you did not already know.
- Load your own copy into the CMS, keep the formatting clean, and read it back on a phone before you call it done.
- Keep a running list of what you published and what it did after it went live.
Requirements
- Writing samples we can actually read — published articles, your own blog, college publication work, newsletters, or a Drive folder of unpublished pieces. Put the link in the portfolio field.
- Plain, clean English: short sentences, correct grammar, no padding. Your cover note is the first sample we read.
- 0-1 years of experience. Internships, freelance work, student publications and personal projects all count, paid or not.
- Able to commit to the full 4 to 6 months, working full-time from our Gurugram office. This is an on-site internship, not a remote one.
- Comfortable drafting with AI tools, and able to tell us what you changed in the draft and why.
- Basic SEO literacy — what a keyword is, why heading structure matters. We will teach you the rest.
