Job summary

Valopt is seeking a Technical Content Writer Intern to translate complex AI, SaaS and technology topics into clear, engaging content. You will write across blogs, product documentation, case studies, landing pages and social media, researching technical subjects and collaborating with product, marketing and development teams.

You will aim to rank on Google, create SEO-optimized materials, and publish on live platforms from week one.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English, clear and concise prose across technical topics.
• Ability to research technical topics and explain to both technical and non-technical readers.
• Portfolio or samples required to demonstrate writing ability.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs/SEMrush/Ubersuggest or Google Search Console is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, long-form articles and thought-leadership pieces on AI, automation, SaaS and no-code topics.
• Create product documentation, user guides, FAQs and knowledge base articles.
• Draft case studies, whitepapers, landing page copy and email newsletters.
• Do keyword research and apply on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links).
• Structure content for AEO and GEO so it gets picked up by AI search.
• Turn long-form content into LinkedIn posts, carousels and short-form copy.
• Work with developers and product teams to understand features and explain them simply.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, tone and brand consistency.

About the Role

We're looking for a Technical Content Writer Intern to turn complex AI, SaaS and technology topics into clear, engaging and search-optimized content. Youll write across blogs, product documentation, case studies, landing pages and social media: researching technical subjects, working with product, marketing and development teams, and producing content that ranks on Google and gets cited by AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. This is not a shadowing internship. Your work will be published on live platforms from your first weeks.

What You'll Do

• Write SEO-optimized blogs, long-form articles and thought-leadership pieces on AI, automation, SaaS and no-code topics
• Create product documentation, user guides, FAQs and knowledge base articles

To Have

• Published writing samples (blog, Medium, LinkedIn, college publication) (portfolio or samples required)
• Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest or Google Search Console
• Familiarity with Grammarly, Hemingway or Surfer SEO
• Basic knowledge of Markdown, HTML or API documentation
• Experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude) responsibly: research and drafting, not copy-paste

Youll Stand Out If You

• Have written about a technical topic (AI, software, APIs, cloud) and made it easy to understand
• Have content that ranks on Google or has measurable traffic or engagement
• Can explain the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO
• Write in your own voice, not generic AI-generated text
