Bring your own laptop and be ready for daily online workflows. Months 1–3 feature unpaid onboarding on live projects, followed by a paid stipend in months 4–6 based on performance as you deliver client work.

software, web tools, and daily online workflows.

3: Clear English Communication: Ability to collaborate
clearly with team members and speak up.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Working
live alongside our core team)

Months 1 - 3: Intensive Onboarding

Unpaid training on live projects.

Months 4 - 6: Active Execution

Stipend paid (as per performance) directly to you as
you deliver real client work.

Month 6: The Full-Time Interview

We conduct a final review. If you prove your capability
and there's an open slot, you get the full-time job offer.
