Job summary

Socialee in India is seeking a Content & Shoot Coordinator who can manage high-impact visual content, including reels, short videos, and stylized photoshoots for our brand and clients. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing all facets of content production with a strong visual storytelling lens.

Plan reels, coordinate shoots, and supervise on-set production while collaborating with design, marketing, and strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation or production management.
• Strong aesthetic sense and visual storytelling.
• Experience in shoot planning, talent coordination, and on-ground supervision.
• Familiarity with camera equipment and lighting setups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan & execute reels and video content for brand campaigns, social media, and product marketing.
• Develop creative concepts for stylized shoots, including moodboards, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Coordinate shoot logistics—locations, equipment, styling, models, and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, strategy) and external partners (Content Creators & Influencers).
• Supervise on-set production to ensure creative direction is maintained.
• Stay updated with reel trends, audio trends, and visual styles across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.
• Maintain production calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Participate in post-production coordination—reviewing edits, giving feedback, and final approvals.
• Ensure all shoots are aligned with brand tone, aesthetic, and objectives.
