Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Content Operations Analyst for our Bengaluru ITPL/Whitefield office. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience, and the role is full-time with four days of work from the office.

You will support publishing readiness, run validation, maintain calendars, prepare release notes, coordinate with development, QA, compliance, and commercial teams, track risks, and participate in post-launch reviews. The team values curiosity, teamwork, and proactive communication.

• Support publishing readiness by checking assets, configs, and documentation before games go live.
• Run validation steps such as smoke tests, compliance checks, and basic QA tasks ahead of publication.
• Help maintain the publishing calendar and update stakeholders on progress.
• Prepare and share release notes, known issues, and other supporting materials.
• Assist in coordinating with teams (development, QA, compliance, commercial) to align on publishing requirements.
• Track and report risks or blockers that could affect a title going live.
• Participate in post-launch reviews and suggest improvements to publishing operations.
