Light & Wonder is seeking a Content Operations Analyst in Bengaluru to ensure games go live smoothly, validating assets, configs and documentation. You will coordinate publishing activities across teams and support release processes for global markets.

• Run smoke tests, compliance checks and basic QA prior to publication.

• Prepare release notes and document known issues.
• Coordinate with development, QA, compliance and commercial teams on publishing needs.
• Track risks or blockers and escalate when necessary.
• Contribute to post-launch reviews and publishing process improvements.

Job Description

The Content Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that games go live and are published successfully, and for overseeing all operations required to support that process. This role ensures that every title, update, or piece of content meets technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements, while maintaining a smooth and predictable publishing process across all markets.

• Support publishing readiness by checking assets, configs, and documentation before games go live.

• Run validation steps such as smoke tests, compliance checks, and basic QA tasks ahead of publication.

• Help maintain the publishing calendar and update stakeholders on progress.

• Prepare and share release notes, known issues, and other supporting materials.

• Assist in coordinating with teams (development, QA, compliance, commercial) to align on publishing requirements.

• Track and report risks or blockers that could affect a title going live.

• Participate in post-launch reviews and suggest improvements to publishing operations.
