Job summary

Recruiterflow, an AI-native platform powering executive search and recruiting, seeks a skilled B2B content writer to join our marketing team in India. You will craft blogs, white papers, case studies, and campaigns, using AI tools with a human touch to engage target audiences.

You'll own content from ideation to publication, collaborate with product marketing, and help grow organic traffic through SEO-friendly material, social content, emails, and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of writing experience, with ≥2 years in B2B content or SaaS.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan and write blogs, articles, white papers, press releases, thought leadership pieces and campaign material.

• Write for every stage of the funnel, from awareness to sales enablement.

• Build Reddit into a channel for our brand and content.

Key responsibilities

• Content

  • Research, plan and write blogs, articles, white papers, press releases, thought leadership pieces and campaign material.
  • Use LLMs and other AI tools to create valuable content pieces with human touch.
  • Run the content calendar and hit the publishing targets we set together.
  • Write for every stage of the funnel, from early awareness pieces to content that helps sales close deals.
  • Write for social, email nurture campaigns, videos and other marketing activities.
  • Build Reddit into a channel for our brand and content. Nobody owns this yet, so you'd be starting it.
  • Make sure what you publish is SEO-friendly and helps us grow organic traffic.

• Product marketing

  • Learn the Recruiterflow product inside out: what each feature does, who uses it and why.
  • Write product content like feature blogs, use-case guides, comparison pages and release announcements.
  • Interview customers and write case studies based on their real results, with their names attached.
  • Help with product launches by writing messaging, landing page copy and material for the sales and support teams.
  • Share what you hear from customers so the team can improve how we talk about the product.

• Quality

  • Check your work for grammar, facts and consistency with our brand guidelines before it goes out.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of overall writing experience, including at least 2 years specifically in B2B content writing or as a SaaS content writer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Exceptional ideation, research, and writing abilities.
