Job summary

Accenture in Hyderabad is seeking a Content Management Advisory Associate to join our Marketing Operations team. As a junior content writer, you will collaborate with policy specialists and SMEs to produce clear, accurate content across education and help center topics.

You should have strong writing and editing skills, 1–3 years of experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Replicate/copy provided content, ensuring accurate transcription and duplication
• Create, edit and publish content for various topics, including strategy, organizational management, education and help center support
• Work closely with POCs and SMEs to formulate content relevant for the task/scope of the assignment
• Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
• Produce documents that convey strategy, status, reorganization, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, project dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning
• Maintain confidentiality of our partners’ content
• Ability to function well with a team in a highly-collaborative cross-functional environment, but still able to work as an individual contributor to track down answers to properly formulate content
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing circumstances and situations

What would you do?

As a junior content writer, you’ll collaborate with policy specialists and subject matter experts to compose, edit and produce engaging and innovative content over a designated scope. In this fast-paced role, you might be asked to contribute to aspects that include digital content management and strategy, so being a proactive problem solver with knowledge around scaled operations is a plus. You’ll work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to provide clear, helpful and relevant content for education and help center purposes. Strong writing and editing competencies are clear requirements here, as is a mastery of the English language, as this role will also offer tier-two editing for overseas content writers and producers.
