Senior Analyst Web Operations - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join the team that delivers and maximises the firm’s digital output by providing appropriate support in end-to-end website updating and maintenance and supporting the Digital team in digital content management projects. We are specifically looking for professionals with technical knowledge and experience in knowledge/content management systems, preferably Adobe AEM.
Work you’ll do
As a part of the Digital team, you will be responsible for:
- Create, manage, and ensure the quality of webpages across the website.
- Build webpage wireframes and ensure content is complete and consistent.
- Improving organic search rankings through SEO best practices.
- Utilising tools like Semrush, Google Search Console (GSC), and CrownPeak to identify issues and optimise webpage quality.
- Supporting content management by adhering to web guidance and best practices.
- Following established document workflow standards for publishing and managing content.
- Collaborating with technology teams to test new platform functionalities and report issues.
- Managing multiple requests and stakeholders efficiently.
- Communicating with stakeholders and clients to provide timely project planning, progress, and reporting updates.
- Conducting regular quality analysis of team deliverables and offering guidance for improvement.
- Contributing to refining content management processes and sharing expertise with the team.
- Assisting the lead in driving process efficiency and identifying new service opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with offshore team members and stakeholders.
- Managing access, training, and support for web editors within Growth to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Attend global initiative and office hours calls to stay informed about new features and implementations and communicate relevant updates to the broader team.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The Team
The Growth team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organisation in the NSE with a wide variety of capabilities like digital, research, financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.
Qualifications
- Graduate Degree
- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a content management/knowledge management organisation
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and SEO tools like Semrush, Ahrefs or BrightEdge
- Ability to work across cultures and in a virtual environment
- Self-motivated and strong team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
- Ability to build networks within the organisation
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Be able to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
- Ability to grasp the fundamentals of work, learn new technologies and processes
- Good knowledge and understanding of website standards and regulations e.g. WCAG, EAA, GDPR
