Deloitte is seeking an Associate Analyst / Analyst – UX & Development (Web/Digital Platforms) to join its Internal Client Services team in Hyderabad. The role involves delivering high-quality, timely content management support to the UK Digital team, focusing on website builds and updates across corporate and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily content postings and updates using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Oversee deployment, maintenance, and development cycles for websites.
• Ensure web content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
• Implement and adjust website layouts and enhance designs using HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
• Follow established publishing workflows and maintain brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to ensure accurate and user-friendly online presence.
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Analyze data trends to enhance engagement and site performance.
• Coordinate with technology teams to test new features, resolve issues, and manage publishing pipelines.
• Align with global campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the global online team.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in Marketing.
• 0–3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of CMS and digital publishing tools (AEM preferred).
• Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); basic Excel knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross‑cultural collaboration experience.
