Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in television, OTT, film, music, digital media, or content production.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering successful entertainment content.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, audience insights, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage original content across TV, OTT, music, and digital platforms.
• Identify content trends, audience preferences, and new creative opportunities.
• Work with writers, directors, producers, artists, and production teams to take projects from concept to delivery.
• Oversee scripting, creative development, production, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business development teams on content partnerships, licensing, distribution, and monetisation.
