Job summary

Futuristic Mobility invites a hands-on creator to own social media content from idea to delivery. You will plan, shoot, edit and design reels and posts for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook, researching trends and producing scroll-stopping content rather than waiting for instructions.

The role demands 1–3 years in content creation or video editing, proficiency with Premiere Pro and CapCut, and a portfolio of Reels/Shorts.

Role & responsibilities

• Research trends, competitors and viral formats, and turn them into original, brand-relevant Reel ideas, hooks and concepts
• Plan and shoot vertical, social-first videos using a camera or mobile (products and vehicles, riders and talent, behind-the-scenes, interviews, UGC-style)
• Edit Reels and Shorts using Premiere Pro and CapCut: fast cuts, B-roll, music sync, captions, colour correction and sound effects
• Add motion graphics such as text animation, lower thirds, logo animation and transitions using After Effects
• Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, thumbnails and festival creatives in Canva
• Use AI tools to improve speed and quality (voiceovers, captions, image generation, script and idea support)
• Manage the weekly/monthly content calendar, shoot schedules, revisions and raw footage folders
• Own content end to end, from idea to shoot, edit, design and publish-ready delivery, with minimal follow-ups
• Track content performance (reach, retention, engagement) and improve future content

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in content creation, video editing or social media content
• Hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut
• Experience shooting your own footage, with a clear understanding of A-roll/B-roll, framing, lighting and audio basics
• Working knowledge of Canva for social media creatives
• Basic knowledge of After Effects (a strong plus)
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn: hooks, retention, trends and platform-specific content
• Active use of AI tools in content workflows
• Creative thinker who researches trends and suggests ideas instead of waiting for instructions
• Organised, deadline-driven and open to feedback and quick revisions
• Portfolio is mandatory: please share your Reels/Shorts, design samples and at least one video you personally shot and edited
• Education: Graduate in any stream (a degree in Mass Communication, Media, Design or Film is a plus, but not required)
