Qualifications

• M.Sc. Physics or B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in physics or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in physics teaching, content creation, or test-paper development.
• Proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and translation) is mandatory.
• Strong English communication and content-writing skills.
• Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint; LaTeX is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop chapter, part, and full-syllabus Physics test papers.
• Create DPPs, worksheets, solutions, answer keys, and explanatory notes.
• Review content for conceptual, calculation, and typographical accuracy.
• Translate Physics content from English to Tamil with accuracy.
• Track exam trends, syllabus, marking schemes, and previous-year papers.
• Analyse student performance data and refine assessment content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, academic teams, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop chapter, part, and full-syllabus Physics test papers.
• Create DPPs, worksheets, solutions, answer keys, and explanatory notes.
• Conduct multiple rounds of content review to ensure conceptual, calculation, and typographical accuracy.
• Translate Physics content from English to Tamil while maintaining scientific accuracy.
• Track exam trends, syllabus, marking schemes, and previous-year papers.
• Analyse student performance data and refine assessment content.
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, academic teams, and technology teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong Physics expertise with JEE/NEET-level problem-solving ability.
• 4-6 years of experience in Physics teaching, content creation, or test-paper development.
• Strong command of Physics for Classes XI-XII.
• Proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and translation) is mandatory.
• Strong English communication and content-writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to zero-error quality.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and document preparation tools.
• Familiarity with LaTeX/equation editors is an advantage.
