Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
• Familiarity with Canva and basic video-editing tools is preferred.
• Ability to research, learn quickly and experiment with new content formats.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• A personal Instagram page, content portfolio or previous social media work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research trending topics, Reels formats, sounds, hashtags and competitor content.

• Use tools such as Canva, CapCut or After Effects for content creation.
• Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance including reach, impressions, engagement, views and follower growth.
• Analyse top-performing content and suggest ideas for improving future content.
• Support social media campaigns, launches and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging and visual identity.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, formats and platform changes.
