Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
• Assist in creating reels, carousels, short-form videos and trend-based content
• Support organic social media growth strategies
• Research trending content, competitor strategies and viral formats
• Engage with the audience via comments, DMs and community management
• Assist in lead generation and engagement campaigns
• Track social media performance and analytics
• Coordinate with internal teams for content execution

Required Skills

• Prior experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation
• Understanding of Instagram growth, LinkedIn marketing & YouTube content
• Knowledge of reels, hashtags, hooks, algorithms & engagement strategies
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
• Good communication and copywriting skills
• Strong creativity and execution mindset

Preferred Skills

• Canva / Adobe tools
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
• Familiarity with AI content creation tools
• Interest in startups, healthcare, wellness, or D2C brands
