Job summary

Naatscorp Private Limited in Coimbatore seeks a hands-on Content Creator & Creative Editor who can take an idea from concept to finished piece, planning, shooting, writing and editing content that tells our brand story across social media, the website, email, and campaigns.

You will maintain a sharp, consistent visual and written voice, adapt trends, collaborate with sales and design, and own the content calendar from concept to publish, driving engagement and brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong portfolio showing video, photo, and written work.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• Working knowledge of Canva or Figma.
• Excellent written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Solid grasp of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platform formats and algorithms.

Content Creator & Creative Editor

We're looking for a hands‑on Content Creator & Creative Editor who can take an idea from concept to finished piece. You'll plan, shoot, write, and edit content that tells our brand story across social media, the website, email, and campaigns. You'll be the person who keeps our visual and written voice sharp, consistent, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Content creation

• Conceptualise and produce short‑form videos, reels, photos, carousels, and static posts for social channels
• Write clear, engaging copy for social captions, blogs, website pages, email newsletters, and product descriptions
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals, launches, and seasonal campaigns
• Shoot product and lifestyle content, including basic direction of shoots, props, and locations
• Track trends and formats, and adapt them to suit the brand

Creative editing

• Edit videos end to end: cuts, transitions, colour correction, sound, captions, and motion graphics
• Retouch and edit photographs and design marketing creatives such as banners, thumbnails, and ads
• Review and edit content from other team members for tone, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency
• Maintain brand guidelines for visuals, tone of voice, and formatting
• Adapt one piece of content into multiple formats and platforms

Performance and collaboration

• Work with sales, design, and leadership teams to turn briefs into creative output
• Monitor content performance (reach, engagement, watch time, conversions) and use insights to improveOrganise and archive the content asset library
• Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, and photographers where needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong portfolio showing video, photo, and written work
• Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
