Job summary

MRR IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Content Creator to develop engaging videos, reels, posters, and promotional graphics that showcase the company’s services and training processes.

You will produce content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms to attract potential candidates in India. The role requires 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro, and strong storytelling and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years in content creation or social media production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software
• Strong storytelling and creative skills with clear messaging
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Creation: Create engaging videos around 35–40 seconds for social media.
• Educational and Promotional Content: Develop informative videos about services, training, and placement support.
• Video Editing and Presentation: Add captions, transitions, animations, and music for professional presentation.
• Candidate Success Stories: Create videos highlighting offers and successful placements based on verified information.
• Trend Research: Identify trending topics and hashtags to improve reach and engagement.

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to develop engaging videos, reels, posters and promotional graphics that showcase the company's services, strengthen its online presence and attract potential candidates across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Short-Form Video Creation: Create engaging videos of around 35–40 seconds for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media platforms.
• Educational and Promotional Content: Develop informative and promotional videos that clearly communicate the company's services, training process, interview preparation and placement support.
• Video Editing and Presentation: Edit videos using captions, transitions, animations, background music and relevant visuals to ensure an engaging and professional presentation.
• Candidate Success Stories: Create videos highlighting candidate achievements, such as receiving offer letters and successfully joining organizations, based on verified information.
• Trend Research: Research trending topics, hashtags and emerging social media trends to develop relevant and engaging content that improves audience reach and engagement.

Required Skills

• Relevant experience in content creation, video editing, or social media production. Freshers are not preferred.
• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Strong creativity, storytelling abilities and the ability to produce engaging videos with clear message.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, along with effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and stay updated with social media trends and content formats.
