Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, conceptualize, and develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand goals and communication strategies.
• Independently plan, shoot, and edit high-quality digital content using mobile and other available tools.
• Produce videos across multiple formats, including Reels, Shorts, social-first films, and other digital assets.
• Handle end-to-end execution—from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
• Ensure strong visual quality, storytelling consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging content formats.
• Manage timelines efficiently and deliver content within defined deadlines.
• Collaborate Significant partners when required while maintaining ownership of assigned projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content creation and video production
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, audience engagement, and social media platforms.
• Proven hands-on experience with mobile/phone-based shooting.
• Proficiency in shooting and editing tools and software.
• Ability to take ownership, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
