Job summary

Envertiz Consultancy in India is seeking a Content Creator who can conceive, script, direct, and execute engaging video content for digital platforms. You will own the content creation process from ideation through production, applying strong storytelling and planning skills.

You will research and write scripts, plan shoots, identify locations and participants, collaborate with editors and designers, and ensure videos align with brand guidelines and social media trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in content creation or video production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malayalam; additional languages a plus.
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in planning and coordinating video shoots.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent storytelling skills, be confident in planning and directing video shoots, and have a strong understanding of social media trends. This role requires taking ownership of the content creation process from ideation to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, conceptualize, and write engaging scripts for promotional, informational, educational, and brand awareness videos.
• Plan and coordinate video shoots, including identifying locations, participants, and required resources.
• Capture high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand content requirements and develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare storyboards, shot lists, and content plans before production.
• Ensure content is authentic, engaging, and aligned with the company\'s brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and presenters to ensure timely delivery of content.
• Identify content opportunities by engaging with employees, clients, and various departments.
• Stay updated with social media trends, audience preferences, and emerging content formats.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of additional languages, such as Hindi, is an added advantage
• Strong scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in planning and coordinating video shoots.
• Basic knowledge of videography and social media content creation.
• Familiarity with content planning tools and digital marketing platforms is required. The ability to present videos confidently is an advantage
