Job summary

Flexing It is seeking a Video Creator and Editor to join our creative team in Bengaluru. The role involves conceiving concepts, filming, and editing engaging video content that aligns with our creative vision.

You will collaborate with the team, set up shoots, apply color correction and sound design, and ensure outputs meet brand standards. This full-time, hybrid position offers an exciting chance to shape video stories for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the project goals, brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts and storyboards.
• Shoot high-quality video content based on creative briefs and planned concepts.
• Set up video shoots including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
• Edit video footage using professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to produce polished final products.
• Apply sound editing, color correction and other post-production techniques to enhance video quality.
• Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and creative directions provided by the team.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously suggest improvements in video techniques, editing processes, and creative production.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, techniques, and tools.
