Job summary

Grapes Worldwide in Delhi is seeking a Creative Content Creator to conceptualize, script, shoot and edit engaging short‑form videos for Instagram and YouTube. You will own the end‑to‑end content process, from idea to publication, staying ahead of trends and audience preferences.

You should have 2–4 years of hands‑on experience, a strong reel/showreel, and proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who can conceptualise, create, and deliver engaging content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, along with hands‑on experience in scripting, shooting, and editing short‑form videos.

From brainstorming fresh ideas to appearing on camera and bringing concepts to life, the candidate should be comfortable managing the content creation process end‑to‑end.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop engaging content ideas for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Write scripts, storyboards, captions, and creative copies for reels, shorts, and social media posts.
• Create short‑form video content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform‑specific formats.
• Shoot, film, and edit videos using relevant equipment and editing tools.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and platform algorithms.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera, presenting ideas, and delivering dialogues when required.
• Develop engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the creative, design, and social media teams to develop content strategies and execute campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls to action to improve audience engagement.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats to maximise reach and engagement.
• Monitor content performance and incorporate insights into future content creation.
