We’re building our Praper page to showcase our culture, people, and creativity, and we’re looking for a Content Creator to bring ideas to life and elevate our social presence.

Role Overview

As a Content Creator at Praper, you’ll be responsible for conceptualising, creating, and delivering engaging content across our social media channels. From ideation to execution, you’ll play a key role in building and elevating our brand presence. On some days, you’ll be on camera bringing content to life, while on others, you’ll be working behind the scenes planning, writing, or shooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to produce engaging videos, reels, and posts across all our social media channels.
• On-Camera Work: Confidently appear on camera when needed for hosting, storytelling, or team-driven content.
• Content Planning: Contribute to content calendars and participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
• Script Writing: Develop and refine engaging scripts in collaboration with the content and editing teams.
• Camera Handling: Assist in operating cameras, framing shots, and ensuring high-quality visuals.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on trends and formats, and suggest creative ways to incorporate them into our content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, editors, and fellow creators to bring ideas to life.

Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident both in front of the camera and working behind the scenes.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling.
• Experience in content creation, vlogging, or social media is an advantage.
• Familiarity with content planning, scripting, and end-to-end execution.
• Basic understanding of camera operations and shooting techniques.
• A collaborative individual who thrives in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
