Job summary

Healthus.ai-Healthcare Digital Growth Marketing Agency in Mumbai is seeking a self-motivated Content Creator to own our social channels and scale healthcare brands. You will craft daily content, collaborate with designers and writers, and lead influencer campaigns to build engaging stories.

You will translate complex health topics into accessible content while tracking performance and growth metrics to continually optimize strategy. This is a full-time on-site role in Bandra, Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of social media management or content marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of Instagram growth tactics and short-form video production.
• Experience with influencer marketing and organic reach.
• Strong communication skills for fast-paced execution.
• Background or strong interest in Healthcare/Wellness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate daily execution with in-house designers, video editors, and content writers.
• Lead influencer outreach, campaign planning, coordination, and relationship management.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning, product launches, and growth goals.
• Master short-form video trends, reel execution, storytelling, and high-converting content formats.
• Work with founders, doctors, and marketing teams to simplify health topics for content.
• Track growth metrics, engagement rates, and platform insights to optimize strategy.
• Ensure smooth publishing schedules, approval flows, and active community management.

We’re looking for a self-made, high-energy Content Creator to take full ownership of our social media channels and help scale some of India’s fastest-growing healthcare brands.

Role: Content Creator for social media (Full-Time)

Location: On-site (Bandra, Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Coordinate daily execution seamlessly with in-house designers, video editors, and content writers.
• Lead influencer outreach, campaign planning, coordination, and relationship management.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand positioning, product launches, and growth goals.
• Master short-form video trends, reel execution, storytelling, and high-converting content formats.
• Work closely with founders, doctors, and marketing teams to turn complex health topics into engaging content.
• Track growth metrics, engagement rates, and platform insights to continuously optimize strategy.
• Ensure smooth publishing schedules, approval flows, and active community management.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve personally built and grew a social handle from scratch (0 to thousands of followers).
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing.
• Deep understanding of Instagram growth tactics, short-form video production, influencer marketing, and organic reach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage fast-paced execution cycles across multiple brand handles.
• Basic understanding of Meta Insights, social analytics, and performance tracking.
• Background or strong interest in the Healthcare / Wellness space!
