Job Description

Narrative Development

• Structure story arcs, thematic flows, and narrative journeys rooted in Bharatiya thought
• Translate complex concepts from Itihasa, Puranas, philosophy, and history into clear and engaging narratives
• Develop content for immersive formats such as exhibits, films, spatial storytelling, and experiential walkthroughs

Content Coordination

• Work closely with scholars, researchers, spiritual practitioners, and creative teams
• Synthesize diverse perspectives into a coherent and authentic narrative voice
• Ensure consistency and alignment across multiple content streams

Cultural Integrity

• Uphold authentic representation of Bharatiya traditions and knowledge systems
• Balance depth with accessibility, without diluting meaning
• Approach content with sensitivity, responsibility, and intellectual honesty

Documentation & Structuring

• Prepare story briefs, narrative outlines, and concept documents
• Maintain clarity, versioning, and structured communication across teams
