Role Overview: Content Associate

We're looking for an enthusiastic, high-ownership Content Associate to help bring our content IPs to life - both behind the scenes and in front of the camera. You'll support projects end-to-end, from trend-spotting and research to scripting, on-camera presence, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market (GTM) content distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Support & Channel Coordination: Assist in driving content IPs from ideation and research through to scripting and final GTM distribution (publishing, metadata, basic SEO support). We're looking for someone eager to take ownership and grow into the role.
• On-Camera Presence: Comfortable appearing on camera for short-form videos, explainers, and brand content - natural energy, clear communication, and willingness to learn on-camera delivery over time.
• Creative Execution & Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts with narrative flair. We need real storytelling, not generic, AI-generated word salad.
• Operational Support: Work closely with editors, thumbnail designers, and other stakeholders to help keep production on track, acting as a reliable point of contact for your assigned content.
• Content Admin: Keep content calendars, production trackers, and databases updated and organized.
