Innovaccer is seeking a Content Consultant to shape and ship high-quality content across social media and long-form channels for a B2B audience. You will collaborate with the Brand & Communication team to translate complex ideas into clear stories, using AI thoughtfully to move faster without sacrificing quality, voice, or accuracy.

You will develop social content strategies for LinkedIn, produce blogs and POVs, draft emails and press inputs, and adapt ideas for various audiences.

Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or brand communication.
• Experience in the SaaS or B2B technology space.
• A portfolio showing both short-form social content and long-form writing.
• Strong command of written English with an editorial eye.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute social media content strategy, including LinkedIn posts, carousels, event content, and campaign-specific social kits.
• Write long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, and POVs that are well researched, structured, and easy to read.
• Draft supporting content such as email copy, press release inputs, and executive-voice posts.
• Adapt a single idea into multiple formats and tailor tone for different audiences and stakeholders.
• Use AI tools and prompts to ideate, draft, and refine content, then edit rigorously for originality and brand voice.
• Fact-check claims, statistics, and quotes, ensuring source integrity.
• Collaborate with design, product marketing, and leadership teams to deliver content on tight timelines.
• Track content performance and use results to improve future content.
• Keep content aligned with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and style guides.

About the Role

We are looking for a Content Consultant who can shape and ship high-quality content across social media and long-form channels. You will work closely with the Brand & Communication team to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging stories for a B2B audience. This is an AI-native workplace, so we expect you to use AI tools thoughtfully to move faster without losing quality, voice, or accuracy.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking ForExperience

• 3-4 years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or brand communication
• Experience in the SaaS or B2B technology space
• A portfolio that shows both short-form social content and long-form writing

Skills

• Strong command of written English with a sharp editorial eye for clarity, tone, and flow
• Solid understanding of social media content strategy, especially on LinkedIn
• Ability to simplify technical and complex subject matter without losing accuracy
• Working knowledge of prompt engineering: writing clear, structured prompts, iterating on outputs, and knowing where AI helps and where human judgment is essential
• Comfort using AI writing and productivity tools as part of an everyday workflow
• Strong research, fact-checking, and proofreading habits
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take feedback well, and meet deadlines

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in English Literature, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field

Good to Have

• Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or healthcare AI content
• Familiarity with SEO basics and content analytics
• Experience writing for senior executives or ghostwriting thought leadership
• Basic familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Figma for content briefing
