Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Content Analyst in the Exchange Traded Instruments (ETI) department. This role focuses on data content management, responding to queries from internal and external clients, and delivering accurate data on time.

The position requires strong Excel and SQL skills, good knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to work in shifts. A Graduate/PG in finance or related field is preferred.

• Manage day to day business operations.
• Respond to data queries from both internal and external clients
• Flexible and able to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
• Able to adapt to changing needs and requirements.
• Deliver UATs as assigned against critical projects.
• Deliver high productivity and quality data.
• Process and maintain data accurately on time onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.
• A team player who will work with others to get the job done.
• Ability to work with different personalities and groups.
• Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries.
• Solid knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
• Improve efficiencies in work practices by implementing automation where possible.
• Supports specific projects, as assigned by the manager.
• Proactively identify and resolve data problems.
• Maximizes usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
