Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Executives to develop account strategies that drive revenue and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders, business leaders, and C-level executives.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges, requirements, and objectives.
• Architect, demonstrate, and position NetApp solutions aligned to customer outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the sales cycle, including solution design, POCs, validation, and closure.
• Collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to drive opportunities and achieve territory goals.
• Present NetApp’s technology vision, value proposition, and competitive differentiation.

Job Summary

Consulting Solution Engineer within NetApp's Sales organization, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by aligning NetApp's technology solutions with customer business objectives and leading technical sales engagements across a high-value account portfolio.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role offering significant opportunities for career growth and exposure to strategic enterprise customers. Job Requirement

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise storage, data protection, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Ability to present complex technical solutions to both technical and executive audiences.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
• Experience influencing enterprise technology buying decisions and driving technical wins.

Education & Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Technical Presales, Solution Engineering, or a related customer-facing technology role.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Postgraduate degree or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
