Key Responsibilities

Consulting Manager

• Project management of consulting mandates for the infrastructure advisory team
• Client management
• Preparation of deliverables, reports, certificates, etc. in a timely manner with team support
• Guiding the team on a day‑to‑day basis during project execution
• Involvement in sales and pre‑sales for scoping, effort estimation, pricing and scheduling; leading proposal delivery with proposal support team
• Collaboration with project director and sales directors on upselling and cross‑selling other offerings to existing clients
• Providing coaching to team members during project execution

Consulting Capability

• Transfer knowledge, capabilities, and skills to improve others’ knowledge and skill levels
• Enhance working relationships with team members and client management
• Contribute to quality review on own engagement
• Ensure client expectations are met within the scope of engagement
• Develop knowledge bases using best practices; outline performance measures and goals to articulate business value
• Challenge client strategy through persuasive argument and define competitive advantage and achievable value
• Formulate issue‑based hypotheses and analytical plans, and define interdependencies and impact of strategic changes

Preferred Qualifications

• 9‑12 years of experience in infrastructure consulting in areas such as lender technical advisory, technical due diligence, market assessment and research, roadmap and business case assessment, etc.
• Experience in power projects is a must; experience in LNG, water, data centers, new fuels such as hydrogen, etc. is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in stakeholder management, client interface, and project management

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience; 7+ years in a business/consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search, etc.) in compliance with applicable laws.

Certifications

Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable, preferred.
