Job summary

Black & Veatch Family of Companies in Mumbai invites a Senior Analyst to join its Global Advisory team, focusing on financial modelling, market research and due diligence for infrastructure projects across power, water and data sectors.

You will support senior consultants, prepare financial analyses for reports, and interact with clients. A strong background in economics/finance and 2–4+ years in consulting or finance is preferred.

• Masters in Economics or MBA finance/ CFA with engineering background.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial modelling and analysis.
• Experience in energy sector trends and financial statements.
• Ability to model cash flows and conduct market research.

Management Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Economics or MBA finance/Chartered Financial Analyst with Engineering background
• Executed financial modelling for infrastructure projects preferably for power, water, oil and gas, etc
• Good understanding of discounted cash flow modeling and projections of financial statements and preferably some exposure to valuation
• Experience of some or all of the following: studying trends in energy sector, computing levelized cost of energy, understanding of financial models, market research, preparing PESTLE, business case assessment, risk analysis, econometric projects, etc.
• Ability to model cash flows of new technologies
• 3-5 years of experience largely in financial modelling and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree + 2-4 years experience OR Master's degree. 2-4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
