Consultants are responsible for providing specialist medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of patients within their respective specialties. The includes developing treatment plans, performing authorized clinical procedures, supervising clinical care, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining high standards of patient safety, documentation, and professional practice.
