Role Description We are looking for Full Time Consultants in the fields of Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology and Radiation Oncology for Amritum Cancer Hospital at Bhagalpur, Bihar.

Qualifications

• Relevant medical degree (MBBS) and recognized postgraduate qualification in the appropriate specialty (e.g., MD, MS, DNB or equivalent).
• Valid medical registration and eligibility to practice in India, with compliance to all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Proven clinical experience as a Consultant or Senior Physician in a hospital setting, preferably in an urban, multi-specialty environment.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams, including clear documentation and reporting.
• Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and adherence to hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and handle high patient volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in teaching, mentoring, and ongoing professional development; familiarity with current clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Comfort with using hospital information systems and electronic medical records; basic computer literacy.
• Experience in any city or similar tertiary-care environments is an advantage, along with proficiency in English and local languages.
