Job summary

Dr Lal PathLabs is seeking a renal pathologist to validate and implement advanced renal diagnostic assays and reporting frameworks. The role involves interpreting complex native and transplant kidney biopsies using light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy techniques.

You will ensure compliance with CAP, NABL, ISO 15189, and QMS, collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to publications and adoption of new pathology technologies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Renal Pathology / Post doctorial Fellowship in Renal Pathology

Responsibilities

• Validation, and implementation of advanced renal diagnostic assays and reporting frameworks.
• Interpret complex native and transplant kidney biopsies using light microscopy, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy techniques.
• Reporting of Renal biopsies with TAT
• Ensure compliance with CAP, NABL, ISO 15189, validation protocols, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Collaborate with nephrologists, clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.
• Ability to write scientific publications, research initiatives, and adoption of next-generation pathology technologies.
