Role Overview

We are looking for a forward-thinkingRadiologist with a passion for AI-driven healthcare innovationto work closely with ourAI Data Science and Product Engineering teams.

This role sits at the intersection ofclinical expertise, medical imaging AI development, and product strategy, enabling the creation of cutting-edge solutions forbrain imaging, tumor detection, and multi-organ diagnostics.

The candidate will act as aSubject Matter Expert (SME), product evangelist, and clinical translator, ensuring our AI solutions are clinically accurate, relevant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical SME for AI Model Development

• Collaborate with AI/ML teams on:
• Define:
• Annotation protocols and clinical ground truth standards
• Imaging workflows and diagnostic criteria
• Validate AI outputs for:
• Accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and clinical usability
• Guide model improvement cycles through clinical feedback loops

2. AI Product Development & Roadmap

• Work with Product & Engineering teams to:
• Translate clinical needs into product features
• Contribute to:
• Product roadmap for Imaging AI platforms
• Regulatory readiness (clinical validation, documentation)
• Ensure alignment with real-world radiology workflows (PACS/RIS integration)

3. Customer Engagement & Product Demonstrations

• Lead product demos and clinical discussions with:
• Hospitals
• Radiology diagnostic chains
• Imaging centers
• Articulate:
• Clinical value of AI solutions
• Workflow efficiency gains
• Gather structured feedback from:
• Radiologists
• Hospital administrators
• Act as abridge between clinical users and AI teams:
• Drive iterative enhancement cycles
• Identify unmet clinical needs and new AI opportunities

5. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

• Represent the organization in:
• Medical conferences
• AI in healthcare forums
• Publish / contribute to:
• Clinical validation studies
• Whitepapers on AI in radiology
• Build credibility with key opinion leaders (KOLs)

Required Qualifications

• MBBS
• 1-2 years of experience
• Strong expertise in:
• MRI & CT imaging
