NoorNext is seeking a Radiologist to serve as the clinical authority over imaging for the Eco-Scanner. You will validate AI models, supervise image quality, annotate datasets, and ensure medical-grade standards while collaborating with AI/ML engineers and clinical partners.

The role involves establishing imaging protocols, participating in audits and regulatory activities, and guiding annotation teams to produce high-quality ground truth data for clinical pilots.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Radiology is mandatory.
• 3–10 years of experience in general radiology.
• Experience with AI/medical device R&D is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed review of X-ray images and provide clinical validation of AI outputs.
• Annotate thousands of X-ray images to create high-quality ground truth datasets.
• Define imaging standards, contrast levels, and diagnostic thresholds for device evaluation.
• Provide feedback to AI team on false positives/negatives and algorithmic shortcomings.
• Develop imaging protocols for clinical pilots and test environments.
• Participate in internal audits, regulatory submissions, and QA processes.
• Train annotation teams and provide clinical oversight during dataset creation.

They will validate AI models, supervise imaging quality, annotate datasets, and ensure that the product meets medical-grade diagnostic standards. This role requires close collaboration with AI/ML engineers, biomedical engineers, and clinical partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed review of X-ray images and provide clinical validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Annotate thousands of X-ray images to create high-quality ground truth datasets.
• Define imaging standards, contrast levels, and acceptable diagnostic thresholds for device evaluation.
• Provide feedback to AI team on false positives, false negatives, and algorithmic shortcomings.
• Develop imaging protocols for clinical pilots and test environments.
• Participate in internal audits, regulatory submissions, and quality assurance processes.
• Train annotation teams and provide clinical oversight during dataset creation.

Requirements

• MBBS + MD/DNB in Radiology (mandatory).
• 3-10 years of experience in general radiology.
• Expertise in digital radiography, DICOM, PACS, and QA standards.
• Strong understanding of imaging noise, exposure settings, and radiographic abnormalities.
• Experience in AI/medical device R&D is an advantage.
