Job summary

Brillio seeks a Consultant to join its Salesforce QA practice in Bengaluru. You will design and implement test strategies for CPQ solutions and related integrations, executing risk-based test designs and leading SIT/UAT efforts with stakeholders.

You will validate CPQ configurations, pricing, contracts, and renewals, perform API testing with Postman and SoapUI, and drive automated testing using Selenium. Mentoring teammates and delivering clear quality metrics will be part of your

Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce CPQ solutions and related integrations Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce CPQ and integrated systems, ensuring robust coverage of business processes and technical requirements
• Develop and execute risk‑based test designs, including regression pack ownership, to maintain high quality and minimize defects in production environments
• Conduct API contract and payload testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI to validate integrations and ensure data integrity across systems
• Perform performance and security testing to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and vulnerabilities within Salesforce CPQ and integrated platforms
• Lead and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective test execution
• Manage defect triage, track issue resolution, and provide clear, actionable quality reporting to project teams and management
• Test and validate functionalities across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, ensuring seamless user experiences and process alignment
• Mentor junior team members, review automation code, and drive best practices in automated testing for continuous quality improvement

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
