Job summary

Utkarsh Wellbe in Gurugram, Haryana, seeks an experienced Pulmonologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with respiratory disorders, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes. The role requires a MD/DNB in Pulmonary Medicine and 3–5 years of clinical experience.

You will perform PFT, bronchoscopy, and coordinate critical care when needed, while educating patients and families and maintaining compliant records within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• MD / DNB in Pulmonary Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, or equivalent recognized qualification.
• Valid medical registration with the relevant medical council.
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients with respiratory and pulmonary diseases, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and interstitial lung diseases.
• Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests, bronchoscopy, and other respiratory diagnostic procedures.
• Manage critical respiratory cases, including patients requiring ventilatory support and ICU care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Provide consultation for inpatient and outpatient respiratory cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.
