• Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records, prescriptions, clinical notes, and treatment plans.
• Counsel parents/guardians regarding nutrition, vaccination, preventive healthcare, child development, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other clinical departments to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, infection control practices, and hospital protocols.
• Maintain professional standards, patient confidentiality, and compliance with applicable hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
