Qualifications

• MBBS (Mandatory) with MD/DNB in Pediatrics or BAMS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics.
• Valid Medical Council Registration required.
• Excellent communication and counseling skills for telephonic consultations.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic medical consultation for pediatric health concerns.
• Assess symptoms and recommend appropriate treatment or further medical evaluation.
• Guide parents on child healthcare, nutrition, vaccination, growth, and preventive care.
• Handle urgent health-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
