Job summary

Drlogy in Gurugram seeks Consultant – Paediatrics to diagnose, treat, and manage health of newborns, infants, children, and adolescents, delivering preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, and emergency pediatric care with evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities include OPD and inpatient consultations, NICU/PICU involvement, growth and immunization monitoring, family counseling, and coordination with surgeons and neonatologists while maintaining patient records and contributing to quality

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-4 years in pediatrics.
• Relevant postgraduate degree in pediatrics (MBBS + MD/MS/DNB).
• MD/MS/DNB or equivalent in pediatrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses.
• Conduct OPD consultations, inpatient rounds, NICU/PICU consultations, and emergency pediatric assessments.
• Monitor growth, development, nutrition, and immunization status.
• Manage neonatal and pediatric emergencies.
• Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and pediatric diagnostic reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Coordinate with pediatric surgeons, neonatologists, intensivists, and allied healthcare professionals.
• Counsel parents regarding child health, nutrition, immunization, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Participate in clinical audits, research, teaching, and continuing medical education.
• Support NABH accreditation and pediatric quality improvement initiatives.
