• Provide expert consultation on abnormal and critical results.
• Correlate laboratory findings with clinical information where required.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely release of diagnostic reports.
• Guide the laboratory team on technical and diagnostic queries.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities.
• Support the laboratory in maintaining high standards of patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.
